Will not update to 4.2.x

One of my employees has beta 4.2 on his ipad, it says his version has expired.
When he connects to itunes, and hits update it says he is up to date.
When he tries to do a restore, it fails as well.

What next to get correct latest version on his ipad.?

I had all the beta versions of 4.2 except for the last one and when 4.2.1 went public, my iPad upgraded with no problems so I don't know what could be going on with your employee's iPad. Are they using the latest version of iTunes???

Download the update manually and up date that way. Should fix his problem.
