Would Customs Detain This iPhone 4 Telescope?

Yesterday I found a telescope for iPhone 3G camera(http://www.tinydeal.com/telescope-iphone-3g-px3q6b-p-5526.html). But I don't know what's meant by "6x optical zoom lens" in its introduction -- I mean how far would the stuff expand my vision. The most thing concerning me is: if the thing is good, would it pass the customs since it sounds like something under regulation?
