On my ipad3 , YouTube and videos don't work when I try to run them on line. However they can be downloaded and Incan watch them after downloading while being off line. Pls help as I want to see while on line. Thanks
YouTube videos viewed online and not through the YouTube app could be Flash based and not viewable on the iPad. Try the same videos while using the app and see if it makes a difference.

If your WiFi does not have sufficient bandwidth, you will have trouble streaming online videos, such as from YouTube. If you can access a faster Internet connection try again and see if the problem persists.
One other suggestion. You can purchase the Puffin browser app and view flash through their server. Works great with you tube and streaming. Remember though you are using another organizations computer when you do this. Don't sign in.
Thanks a lot dear, I have just downloaded the free version of puffin, and it's working here pretty well....slight lag...but still good. Thanks again. But why it's not working on other apps, still not clear
