Hello. I have an ipad3 and all up to date. All was ok yesterday. First hint all was not right was an embedded video in Facebook failed to run. I was not concerned. Then later I went into the YouTube App to look at some of my subscriptions. No videos will run. I deleted the YouTube App and reloaded it. Same problem. Can anyone help please.

When YouTube refuses to buffer fast enough to play I have to do the same. I kill YouTube and reset, then I get a few fast buffering videos in a row.
