Youtube error

Hi everyone. I am new to this forum. I get an error every time I try to watch a youtube video. It says I do not have permission access the requested resource. Any suggestions?

Are parental controls on? Im pretty sure youtube can be blocked with that

It does it to me every single morning, even its my own video! But all you need to do is reboot your iPad and it's good as new I should know because I rebooted it and everything went back to normal
