U may use Skype only u bought the credits. As for camera it defaults to the front

Not correct. You can use Skype to an IP address for free (within your data plan or via wifi). You would have to pay extra to Skype if you want to ring standard mobile or fixed line phones.

Yes but you can change to the rear (away from the user) facing camera if you want

U may use Skype only u bought the credits. As for camera it defaults to the front

I've used Skype for years and not spent a penny on credits.

So far I've only found jailbroken solutions, is there anything that runs on a stock iPad?
