At the moment, the live TV feature only supports the following: Comcast Xfinity, DirecTV, Optimum, Verizon FiOS, Shaw Go, Time Warner Cable, Bright House and a number of regional carriers. Despite being available in more countries, the live streams will only be available to viewers in the United States for now. You can get A&E version 2.0 as a11.9-megabyte download from the App Store and History comes with a size of 10.9-megabyte download.
