Add info to photo

Hi hope you can help.

I need to take photos with my iPad (this bit I can do!)of some openings and want to show the position and sizes for the door/window using arrows or similar, much like what you would see in a technical drawing. This needs to be done on the photo. Can someone suggest an easy way to do this as I would have several photos at each site.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

The app I use for this is Skitch.

Another app that can add notes, ... onto photos is iAnnotate.
