Airport City Launch Requests

I've updated my iOS and now I'm having launch problems. You know when you press the launch console button and It takes ages to load up the console. Then when I'm adding launch fuel there's a delay before the points are added to the overall launch. I even saw the dreaded time travellers message once this morning. I'm scared to add any more fuel in case my game gets unfairly restricted like my sons. I've had the problem in the past but not for a while now and I'm now starting to wonder whether it's anything to do with updating my iOS software. It's a wifi-server connectivity issue with GI's server after each iOS update, I'm sure of it. I don't think the free greens we gained has anything to do with it.

Has anyone else had any similar problems since updating there iOS software?

I had similar issues when trying to join your launch this morning.
I could see that you had started a launch, but when I clicked on you it kept giving me server connection errors so I couldn't add anything.
It finally let me join, and I added points...until I got the time traveller notice about cheats etc. I tried later and it let me complete the launch ok.
I wonder if it gives the time traveler error notice if someone else is trying to add points at exactly the same time and the system can't cope. When the other person leaves, then you can add points again? (Does this make any sense?).
Anyhow, we got the thing launched in the end.

Not launching very often, but I have found that it takes a little longer to add your points now.

You could be right there Nutty!

I'm starting to think GI knows exactly whats wrong with there game!

They must have lost loads of paying customers since so many have been restricted.

I mean, now my lads airport is restricted I'm not prepared to buy him any greens for his airport!

Surely they must have looked into it by now. They must have had a pile of tickets!

Scary when that time traveller message pops up, same thing happens to my lads before his game became restricted.

If my airport goes the same as my sons then in protest I'll delete my entire airport (town side) and write a clear message to GI using the roads. I'll leave the airport side so people can still visit for launch fuels!

Perhaps we will have another round of restrictions implanted on us between now and the next update.

Perhaps launching at the moment brings in a real threat of being unfairly restricted!

I have had such problems on my last launch. It took tooooo long to add. My launch console opens up all right, but my launch readies takes too much to load. Its also slow, the game just switching its brains off, quite a few times i visited my neighbors and my iPhone 4s with more than 1/5th of its memory remaining restarted automatically, after the game just crashed. Got it moving all right after that.

A good idea file a ticket just for entertainment.
BTW, iOS 7.0.2 seems to have solved these problems. I used up my launch readies with much ease.

To be fair you should of kept a little back for your next launch. 900 points for a 2nd is a lot. You deserve the first place to.

No probs. Still have about 700 remaining. I don't want to break the rules here, so will keep 2nd. BTW, when I added the player on 3rd place, I saw him on level 6!! What fun!!

I will surely look out for some pad 2 launch within 15 hrs. I have only 700 remaining, so that makes 1200, we need 800 more. Maybe any of us can gather some PEBs soon. Lets see, my visiting session is due before the lander returns.
