Airprint not showing print range option

I am running ios 4.2.1 and am able to print using airprint and bonjour on a pc.

When I select the print option I can choose the printer and the number of copies but do not see an option to select a page range.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening and what I could do (other than buying a 3d party app)?

Questions

Could anyone please confirm that Ios 4.2.1 is supposed to include page range in the print dialog?

Also, if that is the case and i'm not seeing it, is there a way to reinstall 4.2.1 and is that what i should do?

And, is there a better place to ask this question? Any reccomendations?

Depending on the priter you are using you shouls see a bar that says range, if that is present selest it and it should allow you to select pages.

BTW: If the document you have selected has only one page the range option will not appear.
