All of a sudden my ipad wont let me go onto youtube, why?

A couple of days ago I could go onto YouTube on the internet and now my iPad won't fully load the page, it's just blank every time I press YouTube in my bookmarks. I have tried shutting down my iPad and it still won't work, does anyone else go through this?

Try this: Hold down the power button and the home button at the same time until you see the Apple logo.

Let it reboot. See if this helps!
