Your country looks very beautiful. Unfortunately I've never been to Austria but have extensively traveled Europe, including Germany. I have also visited Northern Africa and parts of the middle east, Including Israel. I am very glad I got to do so much traveling in my younger days...courtesy of my career in the Navy. I wouldn't mind doing Europe again.

Homemade chicken noodle soup

Boiled a whole chicken the day before yesterday for dinner. The bones and leftovers go into the big pot of water to make the broth. Season and add some Chinese noodles, Chinese Broccoli, Shiitake, pieces of chicken...and oh my!

I could eat this every day...
