Any decent apps for Landlords or Property Managers?

Decent APP

I use the landlordApp and have found it extremely helpful in keeping me organized. There are several out there but none have the full feature set yet a landlord would use.

Unfortunately, there isn't much out there in the App Store that is good. Here's the best I've found - > For managing a lot of units, check out Appfolio. For posting rentals from your iPad/iPhone at the property check out Zumper Pro. The listings you create on their app convert into nice flyers for Craigslist.

The Property is pretty decent for tracking rent invoices, payments and expenses as well as organizing related photos. Good reporting. Big plus is flexibility (partial payments, customizable receipt and invoice templates etc.) No much automation thou (you have to create invoices yourself). http://property-app.com

PropertyBuddy is more focused towards automation and pretty flexible as well. Minus is price - annual subscription from 7 to 90 usd/year depending on number of units. http://www.propertybuddy.net

I know it's been 4 years, but Housters has to be mentioned here, as it has all of the features the original poster asked for. It has a web site (housters.com) and Android/iOS mobile apps that are all cloud-synced. It has the basics you'd expect like tracking tenants' unpaid rent, managing to-do lists, accounting, and reporting, but also has some other goodies like tenants being able to make online rent payments to you through Housters and contractors being able to login to Housters and update your to-do list tasks that you assign to them.
