Any reason not to use the icloud email address as a main address also..

Thinking of using my @me.com address as a new main email address, I currently use googlemail. Anyone think of any restrictions to doing this also anyone point me in the dirction of the outlook settings if I do use it?

As for using it as your main address I do with mine, I still use my old @mac.com which I find kind of cool which is the forerunner of @me.com and it let's me use either.
