my friend has the ipad 2, model a1395. she got it from her husband but when they devorced. she could not access anymore to device. her husband disabled the apple id. i set this device on factory settings with itunes and when i go to setup for configuring ipad every time i receive activation lock with apple id and password. my friend have his apple id and pass but every time when i type those date i receive message apple id is disabled because security reason. how bypass disabled apple id?

You won’t be able to activate the iPad without the original user Apple ID and Password. Your friend's husband may have changed the password.

Apple will only help in cases like this if you are the original purchaser and can prove it to Apple's satisfaction.

Jailbreaking will not help you bypass iCloud Activation Lock. As said before, the only way to get this iPad working is with the Apple ID and password it’s asking for.

ok, there is not solution for this problem . only solution is contact with apple.
