Apple keyboard

I am using a new, 2021 version, of the iPad Pro with the detachable apple keyboard.

I am sure I’m not the only one, but didn’t see question or answer. Surely there must be a way for me to go back to the top of a page without scrolling all the way up? But there is no home key and nothing I have tried has worked for me.

As long as you don’t tap on the tripple dot at the center. It’s one of the things I love about reading on an iPad, and the thing I miss most when using this forum on the MacBook Air.

I tried this on both my iPad and iPhone, and nothing happens on either.
What am I missing here?

Edit: seems to work on some web sites and apps, but not all.
