Apple Officially Confirms October 22nd Press Event; 'We still have a lot to cover.'

Apple just officially confirmed the October 22nd full press event we heard rumors about previously. They even have an intriguing title to their event. It's called, "We still have a lot to cover." This is both vague and provocative at the same time. The event will begin 10am PST at the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco.

There are a few new rumors suggesting the iPad Mini 2 will not yet have the Retina Display and that a different version will be coming next year with that feature. We will keep digging into it to see if we can find any confirmation or denial. Regardless, Apple's big event is just a week away, so we should know everything for sure at that time.
