Apple Pay Comes to 14 New US Retailers: Coca-Cola Vending, Office Max, Walt Disney World and More

After the big event on Monday when Apple announced a brand new MacBook and officially introduced the Apple Watch, the company has updated its running list of merchants that support Apple Pay with 14 new stores.

During the Monday event, Apple CEO Tim Cook said that Apple Pay support will be rolling out at some 40,000 Coca-Cola vending machines across the United States. Now, Apple Pay support has been extended to 14 additional retailers in the United States including the following:
  • Bashas'
  • Coca-Cola Vending
  • Dan's Fresh Market
  • Dick's Fresh Market
  • Fuddruckers
  • Jamba Juice
  • Jersey Mike's Subs
  • JetBlue
  • Lin's Fresh Market
  • Maceys
  • Office Max
  • Pep Boys
  • Regal Cinemas
  • Walt Disney World
Apple also added L.L. Bean to the "coming soon" section, which still includes Acme, Albertsons, Anthropologie, Free People and Urban Outfitters. Apple Pay retail partners have now reached a total of 61 supporting stores.

The mobile payments service is now accepted at over 700,000 locations nationwide. At the moment, however, Apple Pay remains limited to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in the United States.
