I wouldn't say it is useless, it's worked perfectly for me each day, it could be due to the time that you are downloading, there may be millions all going after the same files at the same time.

I've had Coldplay live in London and Lady Gaga, I only got the Lady Gaga out of curiosity but much better than I was expecting.

At least there is a handy App unlike Kindles 12 day offers which need hunting for. The offers so far have all been for people at LEAST half my age or interest, but never mind it's the thought that counts.
