According to a report on MacRumors, Apple is set to release a new iOS 9 beta seed that includes support for Apple Music next week. The news comes via Apple’s Eddy Cue who said in an answer to a question on Twitter that a new iOS 9 beta is coming early next week.
This would tie in with Apple’s normal beta seed timetable, with the last beta seed being released on Tuesday, June 23, meaning that next Tuesday would make it two weeks exactly.
Currently, members of Apple’s developer program are finding that the current iOS 9 beta doesn’t support much of Apple Music’s features.
Cue has also been answering some general questions about Apple Music on Twitter, such as saying that auto-renew can easily be turned off to avoid being charged when your free trial period finishes. Cue also said that the Apple Music streaming bitrate varies according to whether or not you are using a Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
