Two of Apple’s original “rainbow†logo boards that have been used between 1976 and 1997 will go up for auction next month. We’re talking about physical objects, of course, which once hung on the exterior of Apple headquarters in Cupertino, California. The “old†logos were removed from Apple’s headquarters in 1997 and replaced with Apple’s new monochromatic logo. The price will start at $10,000 and the auction will be managed by auction house Bonhams. It will be curious to see how much Apple gets for them, as we know the company is always successful with such occasions.
