Apps waiting

I tried to install eprint and it has been waiting for about 4hr's now. I have no idea how to stop it or get rid of it. I was told to update all apps and now they are all waiting. I can't even turn this thing off, what's going on?

try rebooting :

press and hold the top button and the home button at the same time till it restarts
