Automate RSS feed into Instapaper

I was wondering if anyone knew how I could automatically update RSS feeds into Instapaper, so that I can read offline.

All my RSS feeds are within Google Reader and I am using Reeder to display them on my iPad. I have setup my Instapaper account within Reeder, however I have to view each item to save to Instapaper. I would like Reeder to automatically update from Google Reader and then populate Instapaper, so that I can read them offline.

Is this possible with the apps I have or would I need to purchase some other apps?

I have tried Instascribe but it appears to be a bit slow in updating the RSS feeds.
