When Barrel came out, it changed the way we swipe through pages on our homescreens. The $2.99 tweak from Cydia has just added 2 more transitions to the bunch. These new transition make a "stair" effect when going left or right on your springboard. You can choose for the "stairs" to go up, or down and your apps will follow. Barrel is definitely a tweak everyone should have on their device, from personal experience, it hasn't slowed down my device yet.
