Best iPad DVR for taking Streaming TV/.Movies offline?

I'm looking for the best iPad DVR app - something that allows me to take streaming TV and Movie content and download it to my iPad so that I can watch it offline.


I've recently been trying an app called TV Anytime - http://www.tvanytime.net/


Are there /any others out there that folks have experience with?

I guess that's a good app.... If you have a Facebook account. I don't.
