Best picasa app?

Can anyone recommend a good app for Picasa albums? I'd like to be able to view, edit, download and create albums. I've looked at a couple of different apps but I'm not sure which one to get: Web albums for ipad, Pica photos, Picasa photo albums, Best album, MyPics HD If anyone has tried one of these apps I'd love to hear how you like it and what functions it has.
