Hi all,

Just curious if I bought a 64gb 1st gen ipad, what is the return policy if and when the 2nd gen's came into stock within 45 days. I realize BB's return policy has a limit. It looks like a month or so wait for the 2nd gen.

Unfortunately it's 14 days for tablets (which does include the iPad). However, did you buy your iPad after they announced their Buy Back program? If so you have 2 years within which you will at least get some of your money back (50% up to 6 months). Even if you don't fall under that program they still have a trade-in program that you can take advantage of. See their web site for details.
