OK - I give up.
I admit it - today I spent money on the game. 7 DKK - or around 1,25 USD. But, that offer was just too good to say no to.
A pharmacy, city credits (which means that I got those achievements) and a twin turbine + something else, which I do not remember.

So - they got me, I acknowledge the defeat - but I admit it openly, and believe this is fair enough. I am hooked.

There's no shame in this - if people didn't spend money, there would be no game. While I agree that GI are incredibly greedy, spending cash every now and again is required to sustain the game... I spend $20 every 6-8 weeks just so that I have a few coins when I need to speed something up or buy something cool.

Case in point: today we are offered yet another ugly building at supposedly "discount" price, which is $96. Yup, it's a real bargain, folks. On top of that, the structure gobbles up 155 electricity.
The sad reality is you and I will probably end up buying this crap because we need those 4,700 hp. And they know that.

I don't understand the rock climbing 'super' sale item, it's 96 bucks for 4,600 happiness. I can buy a pub for 65 bucks that's gives 4,000 happiness. Where's the super sale and incentive to buy? Why have I not got that fantastic deal offering a buck for pharmacy, 150 bucks and all the other stuff, now that is an offer I can't refuse, just not getting offered it.....!!,
