Hi all , I’ve been trying to find the achivement Don Quixote, can anyone tell me how to get it , it’s driving me NUTZ

Hi - don't recall exactly. you have to build all the wind power stations (which I think was just the big wind farms). If you have already built some or all - you get to knock them down and start again.
