No. I mean go to Cydia (where you bought the tweak) and see if there is an update for it. There should be, as the developer said he updated it to fix the lockscreen crashing issue. Once you are in Cydia, it should show as needing an update - just press on the Modify button on the top right and elect to upgrade.

Cydia is like the AppStore in that you don't have to re-install tweaks and themes. You just have to accept and do updates.

AFAIK, the developer removed lockscreen functionality from Dreamboard in order to stop it from crashing. So, it is not possible to utilise the lockscreen portion of Dreamboard themes on IOS6 for the time being.
