Can anyone suggest training courses for iPad administration

Hi
I look after >50 iPads in a school setting and I am looking for a decent training course that will bring me up to speed the administration of iPads.
Since starting this role, I have found some tasks hugely time consuming and laborious, especially:

• Upgrading to 7.0.4
• Keeping apps sync'd across all devices.
• Managing the finer details of cloud backups.
• Setting effective restrictions, beyond the basics.

As my users are all very vulnerable young people with autism and other special needs, I have a far greater need for tweaking the permissions for each unit.

Can anyone please suggest any online or classroom based training?

I am in the UK but for obvious reasons, I am not prepared to be any more specific than that.
