can i create editable .pdf's on my ipad?

hi!

i am working in a dental surgery and need a lot of forms where i want to put names, dates and other infos in.
i have a couple of pdf's with this functionallity made in acrobat. now since i have my ipad i do not take my laptop to wrk anymore. is there any way to create pdf's (out of pages or maybe a vectoprogramm etc) and define textfields?
i know that i could use good reader to add notes and comments but i am not completely sure if i want to use the ipad to enter the patients data but i want to create the pdf's on the ipad if possible

A lot of Members recommend SignMyPad - which I think will do what you want. Have a look in the App Store.

You say you've got editable pdf files already, like text field you can fill out on the computer? PDF Expert may be able to use the forms you already have.

i would need to create editable pdf's and was actually looking for something like acrobat.
guess i have to stick to my mac and import them later.
for using the pdf's good reader is fine
