can i jailbreak?

hi, im a new member to the forum and have a 16gb 3g/wifi ipad running the 3.2.2 firmware. Is it possible to jailbreak the 3.2.2 firmware? I have tried to downgrade but it was unsuccessful and I recieved and error messege. Is it possible for me to install the ios4 firmware beta? I cannot find a download link

Unless you are a developer or have your iPad's UDID registered by a developer, you can not install the iOS 4.2 beta.

EDIT: Well, you can install it without having your iPad's UDID registered with Apple, but the discussion of "alternate" methods of acquiring the iOS 4.2 beta is prohibited on this forum.
