can mozilla browser be used on ipad2

There are many browsers in the App Store but - at present - no Firefox....

Only App Store apps can be used on the iPad - nothing else..

In case you want to learn to fish: Search the app store. Check the developer's site for an IOS version of their software. If you don't find anything the answer is no.
