Hello!

I just got my iPad 3 and was wondering whether you can download apps to the iCloud and play them from there as oppose to playing it from the internal storage on your iPad.

I ask because I want to know whether I can free up internal storage on my iPad.

I own a 15 GB version which comes to about 13.4 GB of usable storage. It would be really nice to be able to utilize iCloud in this way.

Anyhow, any help with this is greatly appreciated!

No,apps have to be downloaded to your iPad before you can use them.If you're worried about the storage capacity of your iPad,you could only download the apps you are using at the time, exchanging them with others as necessary.

Do all games have an option to save data to the iCloud?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Have a look in Settings - iCloud - Storage and Backup - Manage Storage - select your ipad - and Show all Apps and this will show all the apps that can have their data saved in iCloud.
