Cannot Connect iPad 2 to Verizon MIFI4510L

Sorry I haven't had time to introduce myself. This my first Apple product (gift from boss) and it connects perfectly when I'm at home through a router and modem, however, when I bring it to work, it refuses to connect to the Internet through our Verizon MIFI4510L. It see the 4510 and tries over and over with no results except the check showing up then disappearing every few seconds. The strength thing shows full strength. The 4510 allows up to five digital devices and there are only two on it now. I feel like I'm missing something very simple.

I resolved the issue removing the MIFI from Settings and reinstalling it. For some strange reason it didn't work the first time.
