After downloading the new update, I'm not able to charge my IPad. I've plugged it in and it doesn't do anything. I've had to shut it off to save the remaining battery and now I'm going to have to take it to an Apple Store to have it checked out.i
Are you charging from a power outlet and not from a pc? Try a reset of your iPad to see if this helps, it's a recommended step after any update to let everything settle in nicely.
Hold the power off button and the home button simultaneously, keep holding them in and you may see the power off slide appear and disappear, wait until you see the Apple logo appear before releasing the buttons. It will take a little longer for your iPad to start. Let us know if it makes a difference.
