Can't delete apps after ios7 jailbreak

If I hold an icon down,they shake,but no x appears.im pretty sure I deleted apps at some point after the JB.
Thoughts?

Did you go to Settings>General>Restrictions to make sure that deleting apps is turned on? If it's turned off, you can't delete apps.
