Can't login t facetime & imessage after iOS7 update

before updating to iOS7,i can still use facetime/imessage but now it always give me this message What should i do to fix this?
And i believe my internet connection is ok..infact it is really fast since we upgraded our wifi to 2mbps already.

Try turning off FaceTime then turning it back on.

Also, have you tried to do the immediate fixes by turning off your iPad and then restarting it? Often times simply restarting the iPad can work some of the kinks out. If powering down does not not help, try resetting your iPad by pressing the home and power button at the same time until the screen turns off.

Give that a try and see if it helps.

I already tried resetting my ipad,but it didn't work. And how can i turn on and off facetime? there is no switch in the FT button,even imessage

Slide the toggle to off on FAceTime....



You will need to add your Apple ID password to turn on FaceTime. By the looks of it, you haven't done it to activate it.

Edit...I have also deleted your pic. It had your email addy in it...don't want others to see it for spam/privacy purposes.

Actually,i already did put the passowrd,i just removed it on the space. And yes,how am i going to toggle the facetime on and off button again,it appears that there's no switch to facetime,even on imessage? I couldn't find anywhere. And yeah,even though i logged in my account..it still gives me the same error.

I had this plus my ipad woud not show up on find my iphone did all the usual but no good so had to do back up and restore that did the trick.

I also had the same problem on my ipad but is was ok with the iPhone . Since Thursday I tried all the above advices but all did not work .

The only solution is to do a fresh install. I had the same exact problem and after a few hours of trying to figure it out, I finally conceded. After the fresh install, everything worked just fine. It's definitely a bummer but I just don't think it can be fixed any other way.
