Cant sync

I there
I am having trouble syncing my iPad 2 to iTunes. I have;
Uninstalled al apple products,
Reinstalled them
Reset my ipad2.
Tryed different USB ports and leads
Turned everything off and on again
Still no joy
If I reinstall iTunes it let's me sync once only.
Windows sees the iPad and opens a window asking what I want to do but no iTunes.
Please help
