Can anyone troubleshoot this-when tring to upload photos from my iPad photo gallery- for example on Facebook or craigslist - the "browse" button is not active, therefore- I can't upload. I don't know why the browse button isn't "live"

You do Know both Facebook & craigslist have iOS apps in the app store that allow you to upload pics within the app.
