Can't view drop down boxes in PDF

So, I took a PDF file, uploaded it to an online PDF editor, downloaded it back to my PC, transferred it to Google Docs and to iBooks and I am having issues.
When I open it in iBooks, the drop down boxes I added are not there.
When I go to open it in the downloaded app PDF Reader, it crashes and closes.

Anyone have any ideas?

Never mind. Reinstalled the app and it came back up.
