Changing my game centre id

When I first got my iPad I let my son aged 11 set up the game centre as I thought he would use it more than me. Now he has his own iPod touch, and plays different games to me, we really need separate ids.

He is keeping the original one as it is based on his name. I know I will lose my stats in war of words (sob) but will games such as bakery story be affected?

Only Game Center games, also go to your iCloud look to see if it is a Game Center game.
 
