Clearing Apps that have been updated?

With IOS 7, how do you clear apps that have updated from that page...everything that's been updated still shows on the page?

They disappear after two weeks. Until then they stay visible, with "Open" next to them.
This is a new feature of iOS 7.

You can't manually clear the updated apps from the app update page. They will self-delete after about 2 weeks. I believe the purpose of this feature was so that users who have automatic updates enabled can see what has been recently updated.
