Cloud restore question

I am on 7.0.4. I am aware about the controversies regarding the latest jailbreak and am not going to J.B. now, but do have a question about it:

If I restore to factory settings, then jailbreak, then restore from my last iCloud backup, will the restore undo the jailbreak?

No, you'll be fine. When you select, you'll be selecting "Restore from backup" and that does not affect or change the iOS running currently on your iPad.

So, you'll be good to go.

Restoring from backup only modifies the top layer of data. The injections and modifications that makes a jailbreak possible is out of reach by backups, otherwise, it would be much easier to jailbreak a device.
