Color change to TEXT in Keynotes

Does anyone knows how to change the color of text using Keynotes presentations. I was not able to change it, only the background but the TEXT?

In my German version of keynote :
Touch your text
Touch the tiny i on top
Touch the font size under text
And there you can change font size, font color and font.

That's it.
