Being an old comic book geek, I downloaded the app from Comixology. Can anyone tell me how often they update the issues to download?

comiXology releases hundreds of new digital comics every Wednesday. You can check out comics.comixology.com/#/new_releases to see what was released every week.

Also, their platform is buy once read anywhere, so if you buy a comic in the app or the online store, you can read it in either place.
