Once I attach my iPad with PC my camera roll folder became empty I thing there was some confusion that's why I did not make in proper way, so I ask step by step.
Turn off the Wi-Fi sync and use your USB cable. It's more reliable.
If you mistakenly moved the photos instead of copying them to the PC, then they would no longer be on the iPad. Never choose Delete after copying photos from the iPad. Leave them there. That should have been an option.
Waite Waite. First sir plz forgive for my English now first line understand now before I make allow sync in my iPad anything I have do. Now after copy I pix on PC where I delete pix in iPad or PC. Normally if I make copy on my PC and then delete from iPad I can make again copy from my PC. That u say.
For what you said you wanted to do, you should have never deleted the pictures from the iPad. But as long as you have them on the PC, you can always put them back on the iPad. So, no fatal mistakes have been made.

Leave it everything only tell me one thing I try to explain. As u can see in my screen shot two different timing of sync. Is its only record that when I sync.
You are still trying to use iTunes Wi-Fi syncing. I never use this. It's always been unreliable for me. Just turn it off in the Summary tab in iTunes on a computer (when your iPad is connected and selected). Use a USB cable to sync and do backups, etc.
U r right I thought it's for iTunes bake up I click it on and my pix gone after that I make it of now for backup I just attached with PC or any other option I click it on.
