Connecting problems

Can anyone help me with a connection issue. I have an IPad 1 and a HTC wildfire mobile, is there any way I can connect them to transfer data ect. I cannot seem to connect with bluetooth. Is there a data cable on the Market which will connect the two items.

I have the same problem. I did find that the cord for charging can be connected to the ipad with their camera adapter. BUT, the iPad says the MTC uses too much power and cannot be connected.

As for bluetooth, the iPad says it's not compatible.
