Connecting to VPS via iPad

I purchased a VPS running Windows XP-SP3. I'm just wondering if anyone can help me find an app that will connect to it.

I can borrow my uncle's pc to download any software to the VPS, but I only have an iPad at the moment, and I need to be able to connect to my VPS at any time and work from home.

Any suggestions?
